Contacted TurboChip early yesterday afternoon using their 'call-back' facility on their web site.
Very impressed - no sooner sent the message than the phone rang and a very nice young lady took my details and said that I would get a call from my local rep (probably Nick).
Very un-impressed now cos since then, nothing! I've used their email system too but all I get are 'auto-response' messages.
Are they not interested in some potential business?
I know I could phone them but their web site says 'put us to the test' so I am and they have been found wanting. Now an ex-D3 owner after 7 happy years. Miss the car but not the big bills
Meethinks you are expecting too much too quickly (IMHO). If you have had a call back and your details passed-on to your local chap, then it may be worth giving him time to respond. Most businesses still doesn't run at Internet speed - unless thay are spending too much time in front of a PC.
Most likely, he is busy doing other customers cars......
How would you like it if a chap came to do your car, and then spent most of the time on a mobile phone to other potential customers.
