Nice choice of roads! The coastline down to the algarve is beautiful... coincidence that I've just arrived from my holiday in your area (Albertville) but on a mototrbike... French holidaying in Portugal, Portuguese holidaying in France... 2006 D3 TDV6 SE

Looks great!
Is there much off road driving to be had in Portugal? I have spent a fair bit of time on the golf courses in the Algarve, but never really thought of it as an off road adventure destination?
It would be a pretty good road trip from UK via Pyranees, through Spain to Portugal?

Hello Gareth.
The tracks in Algarve were behind , in the "mountains", nothing near the sea..
From Sagres , you can make all the Atlantic coast by the tracks..
I have a gps files, 1700km of tracks across the Portugal..
You have some videos in my YouTube channel, link in my signature.
This summer. We'd do a little part in Algarve and all the coast between Sagres and Lisbonne..

We did a nice week long walking holiday along part of the coast south of Lisbon. Fabulous coastline. Great food and wine too. Carne de Porco à Alentejana was a particular favourite. Visiting from rrsport.co.uk
