I saw this question asked in a thread over on LandRoverWorld.com, but my reply didn't get a response, so I'll ask it here.
Does anyone know what the low pressure PSI is to activate the warning light?
And, does the TPMS sensor automatically shut off when you top up your tires, or does it require the code to be reset in the OBD2? (I think the answer here is that it is supposed to turn itself off when the PSI is back within tolerance.)
I am trying to decide if I have a leaky tire problem or a TPMS system problem. I don't yet own the IID Tool, which I'm coming to understand is an inevitable purchase...

It will reset when the pressure is correct or near correct (it does on mine anyway) and the pressure differential to activate it on mine was about 3/4PSI. It's only happened twice. Once was a slow puncture and it it held at about 32psi from 36 psi and the other time was faster puncture when it was below 20psi and held that until I got to the tyre fitter.Never take life too seriously. Nobody gets out alive anyway.
Hi all...
I have 35psi in the front tires and 40 psi in the rear, tpms warning light is on. Am going to set all tires to 40 psi tomorrow and see what happens, but Land Rover sticker says front for 33 psi and 42 psi rear for normal tire pressure. Anyone else have the tpms light on?1967 Ford Bronco 289 V8 (1968)

Don’t forget the sensors are battery powered, I don’t know what the life of the battery is It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.

This is what mine was reading this morning. I also scanned a spare sensor I had from my 2009 Mondeo and the battery shows OK.
