I had to complete my reply just now as I've been locked out of the forum for the last 2 day due to connection problems.
The Max load in the UK is 250Kg which would relate to the max car / trailer train weight permitted in the UK and max trailer weight.
Vehicles in Category B+E
allows vehicles up to 3,500kgs MAM to be shared with trailers more than 750kgs MAM, but not exceeding 3,500kgs. MAM and the total weight must not be more than 7,000kgs MAM. Construction and use regulations may also apply.
From the D4 handbook;
The Max Gross Train Weight for the D4 SDV6 (5 seat coil springs) is 6740Kg (14220Lb). Remember that's the fully loaded weight.

Just to throw into the mix, something which hasn’t been mentioned, has the CCF been edited for tow bar fitment?
The correct CCF setting will turn off your rear park sensors, change the suspension settings and I think turn on the trailer dashboard light. If the CCF isn’t correct, it could be worth doing to see if it helps.012MY RRS 5.0 Supercharged Autobiography (Current)
