Towbar & Electrics Which Kit ?

hi im looking for a fixed towbar with electrics for my caravan and car transporter trailer which have the old style plugs on for a 2010 60 plate disco 4

would anybody know if the wiring kit would be vplat 0011 its a bit confusing with all the kits available and will this need to be programmed when fitted
