Tow socket In-op
When charging the D3 with my Ctek i usually use my rear anderson plug but obviously this charges through the aux battery to the main battery. The only problem with this is if the Aux battery has disconnected itself in which case only the aux batt gets charged.
To solve this I started a couple of years ago to charge through the standard white covered tow socket which worked fine for a while but then just stopped about a year ago. I finally checked as many fuses as I could yesterday whilst replacing my washer jet fuse both under the glove box and inside the rear panel but they all seem fine unless I missed one somewhere.
Any ideas why it may not work or if there are any fuses in the engine compartment that may power the rear tow sockets? There doesnt seem to be power there any more.D4 HSE Lux MY16 Club Waitomo

I had a D3 in once that wouldn't charge on the white socket while i played with the FBH. There was a fuse in the rear left hand compartment in the boot, where the tow bar is kept while not in use.

Can you test the output from pin 4 on the Aux socket or test the voltage between 3 and 4 with a multi meter? Also make sure the earth pin (3) is actually connected to a good earth.

Thanks for the advice.
I have already tried a couple but will go back to the fuse in question in the CJB first and take it out and test properly then work backwards if required D4 HSE Lux MY16 Club Waitomo

The tow bar loom comes in two halves, check the connector that joins them together, also the cable is very close to the swinging damper weights and may have been chafed by them.It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.
