Hi landydubai,
I am one of the many Oz guys who have this hitch fitted.
I'm very pleased with mine and have not heard anything except complimentary remarks from others.
Best Wishes,
Peter
PS: The "Mitch Hitch" will not be approved for Dubai. Would this be an issue? The Bearded Dragon

Hi again landydubai,
Mitch Bros got an engineer's certification for the hitch here in Oz. If you can get a copy of that, it may smooth the way with your RTA.
Best Wishes,
Peter
PS: I just rembered that there is certification plate on the hitch and so you may not need anything else. The Bearded Dragon

Great bit of kit. designed for off road campers.
I think in europe it needs a different certification but interested to know what they say.
I heard that Overlander published some Land Rover "advice" about the mitch hitch and Simon Archs rear wheel carrier. Anyone read it? “There are only three sports: bullfighting, motor racing, and mountaineering; all the rest are merely gamesâ€
