Black Box Dash Cam Wiring
Hi All,
I want to fit a dash cam that will be placed behind the rear view mirror facing out of the windscreen. The logical place to wire it is from behind the interior lighting panel in the roof but I can't find anywhere to take 12v from. I then thought I'd just run 12v up into the roof but the A&B pillars and the roofline have airbags everywhere so could workout how to route a cable without impacting the airbags.
Any help would be great.
Thanks,
Rob

Straight up the a pillar from the fusebox. Use an add-a-fuse on f58.
You can pop off the airbag sign on the a pillar and undo the torx bolt to remove it and you will see the best route to avoid the airbag. Bodsys Brake Bible
