DVD will not eject

I have D4 2013 HSE. The DVD in the player will not eject.
Anybody help?

Press and hold the eject button - it should make it 'force eject'

Will the DVD in the unit actually play? That would prove whether or not the drive had power to it. D4 MY14 XXV - RLD/IID BT

On my D3 the cds wouldn't eject when I bought it. I found that on the back of the eject button, the little plastic stalk had snapped off. I made a new stalk and glued it on Very Happy
