Re-fitting plastic sill covers - ??

Been out taking bits off the D4 and was about to re-fit the plastic sill covers.
However I can't see how the white studs on the inside top edge are suppossed to be secured to the D4 sill.
There are corresponding holes on the sill adjacent to each white stud ...
.... but how does it fit on??
Confused

I seem to remember there are two halves to these clips (one yellow one white), they then just push together with a sharp "land rover" hit with your palm Thumbs Up

You will need to purchase the yellow half as already said above.

Exactly as Dave says. They're the same/similar to the wheel arch ones. Just ask TLO for some new ones. The white parts has a ball that clicks into the socket on the yellow one.

Only gone and found 8 of these in the garage ...
....well that's one side done. Rolling Eyes

When fitting, do I split the clips - yellow bit in the sill and white bit on the trim.
Or fit 'as one', if so is it the white bit that's held firm in the trim with the yellow bit pushed in?
Or, does the yellow bit of the clip get snapped in, then the trim slid over the white bit?

It's a big long bit if trim and might be difficult to get all the clips in alignment, so just want to make sure before I start.

And this is from the man that stripped all his kit off his D4 in quick time ....
..but then wasted half an hour trying to get that stupid front tow cover lined up and fitted Evil or Very Mad

When getting replacements from the dealer the white and yellow bits are already clipped together. I just put the assembled clip into the trim piece and and then lined up with the holes in the body and gave it a good hit with my palm. Went very quickly and was easy. Don't waste your time separating each piece, keep them together.
