Basically up the west coast to Tayvallich, then onto Applecross, Mellon Udrigle, Ullapool and Durness with the odd stop in between - the weather has been great - 420 miles home towing today from Brora.
1500 miles in total averaging 23 mpg 90% towing

Ron we did of course have a beer in the pub We stayed near Invergarry between Tayvallich and Applecross to break the trip. The longest bit of the trip from Invergary to Applecross is the seemingly endless (but beautiful) coast road around to Applecross.

Dave - it's a site at Mellon Udrigle near Laide - it is a fantastic spot - no facilities except water and the princely sum of £7 per night
