| Recomended servicing/ maintenance in West Sussex |

First of all I want to thank this website for helping me with so many questions I have - it has been a massive help.
What I didn't manage to find was a local recomendation for Disco specialists close to home Horsham, West Sussex. I bought the car about a month ago and the main issues are a tapping noise from the engine at low revs and standing but when warm after 3 hours driving seems ok and at higher revs. Any ideas what this could be?
I took the car to Harwoods for a 90k service as previous owner hadn't serviced since 55k - expensive indeed but thought it might help when I come to move it on. They raised the brake pipe running under the car needs replacing when means truck has to be separated and definitely not to be done there but want a good local specialist as reading the forums you can join the pipe so you don't have to separate?
Also the parking sensors don't work but you can listed to see if one is not working?
All help greatly appreciated - thanks in advance.

^^^^^ What he said. Simon is just down the road from you on the A24 at Washington. Had my 105k service and front lower wishbones done a couple of wks ago. Simon is very helpful and as said above prices are much cheaper than main stealer but they still use genuine LR parts.

Charlie, sorry to hijack your thread, but could anyone recommend an independent a little further east near Haywards Heath in west Sussex. One that springs to mind is Gumtree at Ditchling, but I have not heard any feedback. 2005, TDV6 S, Auto, 190k miles, owned from new, V8 Brake Upgrade, Nancom Evo, RLD protector, BAS EGR blanking & Remap, separate ATF cooler, changing all the fluids ahead of time.

Im in Ardingly.
Before using Elliott Engineering I used The Man For Landrovers at the Thatched Garage near Uckfield. I guess it's a similar distance from HH as Elliott's.

We use C R Allen and sons in Peacehaven. Good Indy with Autologic diagnostics. Knows a lot about LR and always happy to help 2 D3 ‘s’ ambulance conversions and 2 D3 ‘SE’ for home (His and Hers)
