Sure it is possible!
If you want to do it yourself, get an IIDTool (or similar). Cheers Patrick from Munich

Thanks for the replies - I called Geoff about a month ago, and he told me it couldn't be done on MY14..
Any other suggestions in the Kent, Sussex, Surrey, Hants area ?
Thanks

Could you explain that a little further, please?
I will get my new one (MY15) at the end of October, spoke to a dealer here in Germany, have an appointment for middle of November to get it enabled (including remote fitted)... They have kind of a DIY-kit with an IIDTool, but they will do the work and I get the IIDTool afterwards fpr further use...??? Cheers Patrick from Munich

Failing that, why don't you give Autologic a phone and ask them if it's possible on their system for the 2014MY. You could then find a local independent LR garage to do it. There's plenty about, so you would not have a problem finding one.

The 2014 seem to have some security features and doesn't like the CCF altered

Is that true of all potential CCF mods, so potentially you can't upgrade/enhance a newer model?

Can't really say , all I know is that me and another site sponsor have had problems with editing ccf on 2014 models so I've decided to leave alone for the moment until I can do some more testing

Does the ccf need editing to enable reversing camera?

Thanks for the clarification.... That doesn't sound good at all
I just talked to the dealer. They aren't aware of it, but said, they haven't done anything on a MY14...
FWIW I'd volunteer for testing, but seems a little to far away....
Thanks anyway!
EDIT:
@Geoff
Would it help, if I could get hold of an IIDTool and a rental for testing? Maybe we could do something via Skype or so? Cheers Patrick from Munich

Yes, CCF needs configuring for the reversing camera.
The only thing I can think of that wouldn't would be the heated steering wheel as its a hard fit, no software configuring required, although I could stand corrected on the 2014MY.
Paddy why don't you speak to a Local LR independent with an Autologic? Maybe they could tell you. Normally Autologic are slightly behind Faultmate and IID tool, but maybe not on this occasion. They are an established and reputable company, so might be able to give you an indication as to when, if it can't be done now.
