I'd do that in an afternoon in my sprinter with a load on!!
If it was me I'd avoid Madrid if you could go round it.

Keep to the east side of Madrid, use the toll road by the Airport, only a couple of €, Down to Granada area from Santander is about 9 hours, maybe add another hour as you are driving a wagonIn Spain - 2018 F Pace - Down and out's Velar
