Bluetooth phone book transfer issue? |
|
Hi there, I'm a happy owner of a disco 3, 2007 SE
Happy with the stereo, Bluetooth operates through steering wheel to make and receive calls - but I am unable to download my phone book , nor does it appear to have a memory, so I have to manually key phone numbers in each time - very frustrating. I haven't got a handbook specifically for the stereo, just what is included in the main handbook - can anyone help ? I searched here and as a result I have tried to access the phone menu but it doesn't give me phone book options. is there a separate handbook I can access free ? found something on the web but you have to pay to access it . I have a Samsung galaxy GT - i9300 ie the s3

Suspect it needs a software update, our 2007 did to enable it to work with an iphone 3GS, it worked fine with an older Nokia though Mark

all contacts must be stored on the phone and not on the sim and you need to allow access to your phone contacts if that doesnt work then its a bluetooth software update
