Cracked Fog Light Lens

Hi all, I managed to crack the NS fog light last weekend whilst in the Brecons. Does anyone know if the lens is replaceable without replacing the whole unit ?

Does anyone have a breakdown diagram for the removal of the fog light ?

Unfortunately, you will need to replace the whole unit.

Same unit that Ford focus previous version mounts. Ford focus ones are cheaper.

Is it worth giving TLO a shout? I'm sure he's got to be the best bet if you want OEM?

Thanks to TLO for sorting out a replacement fog lamp.

On inspecting the replacement I noticed what looks like an adjuster on the left in the pictures.

I cannot see any markings (E.g. left / right).

Does anyone know whether this is a left / right adjuster and as such needs to be set before fixing ?

or as I suspect an up / down adjuster ?

Simon.

Update

OK I decided to take to old unit out over lunch time. So pulled off the fog light surround (spring clips, easier if you start from the edge of the vehicle and pull with your nails under the lip).

Then undid the three screws (T20 torx) that hold the unit in. I swapped the bulbs over and replaced the new unit.

I played with the old unit adjuster, and found it adjusts the beam up / down. Clockwise adjustment raises the beam.

After a few adjust, refit, check and remove actions, the beam is aligned similar to the other side.
