Disco 4 - Over rev'ing and holding onto gears to long.

Hi,
Has anyone experienced a Disco 4 not changing up or down gears in the same manner that it used too?
My Car was in for its 3 year service recently having done almost 30K miles and since then the auto gear changes seem very different with the car holding onto gear for much longer and rev'ing very high in each gear.
Also when taking my foot off the accelerator the rev counter is much slower to drop down to idle.
When driving with Sports mode selected its even worse....so much so that I am worried about damaging something.

Wanted to check if anyone has seen this or would know what issue could be before I contact the main dealer.
