The wires will route without taking it off, I did that bit first before hitting the same problem you have Laughing
i did think of using a cable tie for the plug and just forgetting the plastic jobbie too Whistle

Although mine is just back from its 2nd year service and I got them enabled today (dealer forgot to do it when they put the tow electrics in).
And got new pads and brakes under warranty, and EPB done too (shoes covered but had to pay for pads though).
Seems to be a lot nippier too, especially pulling out of junctions Thumbs Up
