Could be scaremongering by Brussels, but they do have a habit of doing some strange things....

Remember we pay way more than the minimum tax. They will be after counties like Luxembourg that have much lower duties (I hope!!!).

Luxemburg is no more a tax heaven!!!

Hey,
they changed the car tax from beginning of 2007 in a very drastic way:

ex : DEFENDER90 : approx 160 EUR annual taxin 2006 now up to approx 700 EUR --> +340 % Confused
DISCO3 up to 600 EUR
the new tax is calculated taking into account pollution criteria as co2 emissions and diesel

other "punitive operations" for 4x4 are coming next ... what a pitty!
