Shouldn't do, 07MY RR ones are a direct fit but previous years ones aren't

Australia 2005 Discovery 3 TDV6 HSE Auto Maya GoldDiscovery 3

The 2005 RR rims foul the brake calipers on my 2005 TDV6. while the spec are the same at 120mm pcd and the offset is the same the 'X' factor is very different. 'X' factor is how far the spokes step back from the mounting face before going up towards the rim.

I bought 10 RR rims pre delivery of my car, on the specs supplied by LRA, I now have 10 rims for sale, as there was no mention of this wonderful 'X' factor anywhere, till after I got the car and wanted to know why things wern't working.

OK, if its those, they are the latest ones, as used on RRS as well, so you'll be OK. Wheelnuts will be OK too.

Have seen those on a D3 at my local dealer, I thought they might be the 07MY new wheels at the time.

Just seen a set on D3 at the stealer today, look very nice. This guy has 8 sets and no takers at £450 for 4, might be worth making him an offer (I would have thought £450 for 5 would be fair!!).

Okay well thanks everyone, that is me sorted. Picking them up Friday and will be very happy I think, they look good.

They seem a good compromise - the 17" look to small but the 19" are expensive. Now question is to sell the 17" or get some off road tyres for them...............................................?

Once again thanks for the advice

Bloody hell, he's off again.... I know why he uses Scrat as an avatar now - habitual wheel (as oppose to nuts) hoarding! Razz

I paid £100 per wheel/tyre. I needed 4 new tyres anyway and these were approx £105 each so I have upgraded to 18" alloys for free really.

Put them on today and they look really good. The ride and drive is much better too!
