Help wanted choosing tyres

Hi all,

being new here and needing a new set of boots, I am looking for a little advice. My driving is 95% on road little snow/ice.

I am looking for a quiet comfortable tyre 255/55/18. The current tyres are AT2's but they are way past their best and I suspect are on the noisy side, not to say a little more "off road" oriented.

I am considering Continental LX's, Cooper Xeon, ad Vredestein Sessanta.

Any advice or experiences would be gratefully received.

I have GG AT's on 19" and i have just bought cooper zeon's 285/50/20 four of them for £630 delivered to the door.

The GG have seemed good i have ran them for 10,000 mls and there still in great shape.

Finally plumped for Goodyears!!

Bought a set of 19" RR Sport Alloys (almost new with tyres)!

Anyone for a nice set of 18"s??

I'll post them in classifieds when I've achieved enough posts!
