just a thought having used this a few times now; as it's so busy my thoughts are that it would be improved by splitting into sub-sections, possibly 1) Cars for sale, 2) Car bits for sale, 3) Other stuff for sale and 4) Wanted, all as separate sub sections.
What does anyone else think?

Yes but it would mean 4 separate sections would require management - at the moment it's bad enough with one  06 D3 SE / 15 LR D90 XS SW / 88 LR 90 Td5 / 68 BMW 2000 ti
Any issues with the site let me know!

It could be made better simply by making it a condition of listing that sellers post in the title when an item is sold. Sellers seem to disappear once a sale has been made and consequently leave prospective buyers in the lurch, it would also save hours of trolling through listings only to find the item you're after has been sold.  It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.

The current conditions are, by and large, ignored or not known about so that'd do zip all  06 D3 SE / 15 LR D90 XS SW / 88 LR 90 Td5 / 68 BMW 2000 ti

I think we should deduct 10% off the asking price for every rule misdemeanour  Some people would end up giving things away  21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021

Is that management as in moderating? why not have extra mod's to monitor and police the various sections (should the forum expand).
Another forum I use mkivsupra.net as at least 2 mods for each section and it works well, to the point that the Forum creator/owner has almost no job! well, does a bit of coding/updates etc, as the mods effectively run the forum.
Personally I think this forum need to expand and improve (and include tapatalk) to something along the lines of mkivsupra.net. BUT this is not my forum - i'm just a user not a mod/creator/owner 
What ever happens to this forum, I'll be here as long as I have my D3

Enhancements are always worth investigating but I have to say that this is the best source of information I have come across on the net. I have worked in the Motor Trade for 33 years now and regularly troll around looking for info on various vehicles. Proud to be a D3 owner and a Disco3 user.
It's not really broken is it? So is a fix essential? If it was a commercial site to earn a few quid for someone I am sure it would do everything it could to extract our cash.
That's my 2p worth too.
