B1D34 Fault code

Hi all

I have the fault code B1D29 - no start even after restart and B1D34 heater shut down

obviously beacuase of B1D29 i get B1D34 after its failed to start

when the FBH start is leave s smoke and a smell that i cant make out if it oil burn smell or electrical its quite a sweet smell like a burnt out armeteur

any idea what could be causing this ?
