owed money by a forum member
firstly , mods appoligies if this in the incorrect forum .
basicly a member on here (who for the time being i will not name ) owes me some money from march the 8th 2012 , think ive given him long enougth to pay up , sent him 2 msgs in last few days which i know he has read .
whats my best course of action now to recover my money ? , its not a considerable sum but is my money nether the less .
any solutions to my problem grately appreciated , lives to far away to simperly knock on door and ask for it back .
do i have any legal backing to recover this money ?
