My guess would be a tracker too but not one I recognise.
Have you anyone off recently or a potential threat to national security?

The location is pretty obvious due to the polystyrene storage "receptacle" - Could we possibly edit the photo too? Just a thought.My17 Volvo XC90 Inscription

My guess would be tracker, three leads - batt, ign and earth, the one with a join could be to a GPS antenna. If its where I think it is then that's an easy place to get the power feeds. Not a very tidy or discrete installation though, I can think of a few other places where it would be better concealed but still easy to install.
Good point about the photo Steve.

Yes it is
Hi guys
That is exactly what it is its not a tracker unit but its is a location device of some sort ,as posted three wire one, power, earth and ignition gps ariel is a thick black wire and does not get cut into under any circumstances, looks to me like one of the cheaper models but could be wrong, open it up you won't damage anything and there will be a SIM card inside there might also be details of whose it is
Cheers
