It looks a little like a Big Country carrier but the actual wheel mount seems a separate piece welded on to the main frame rather than integral and doesn't seem especially robust (although I'm sure it is).
I've had a Big Country carrier and now have a Rasta and both are substantial bits of kit.
Also, although not essential, there appears to be no control damper to aid opening and stop the arm swinging too far.
I've used both of mine off road with no problems. I see no ships........
