Fuel warning light came on @ Half Full
I know these computers are bl**dy clever, but I didn't think they had got that good at predicting my driving habits. How did the car know I would be doing one long journey and would likely use up all the remaining fuel and should really re-fuel now... ?
I set of at lunch time yesterday and with 1/2 tank of fuel and the warning light came on (complete with two 'bongs' and the light flashing twice). I ignored it as I had only done about 200 miles so knew that unless I had a leak there would be plenty of fuel left.
When I started out today the light was off for the start the Journey and then came on again at about the 410 mile trip value.
Seems the car wanted to warn me a day ahead that I would need fuel, very kind.. Coffeecup

Don't knock it at least it let you know early. It would have been bad had it let you know you had run out yesterday
