D4 Electrics gone haywire

So, every so often it would tell me that the key fob couldn't be found, but would be ok once I locked/unlocked again.

But two days ago, our dash lit up like a christmas tree, and it wouldn't start. The in-car lights were on, the lights all blinking on the dash/console, and it was going crazy.

Got AA out and he thought it was a battery problem, although nothing registered on the computer.

Got it to LR garage who ran tests and said it was clear, but they changed key fob batteries just in case. As matt went to pull away, battery fault light came on so they took it back in feeling quite happy that at least an error was showing.

We've now been without it for a day and they are none the wiser... they can't figure out what the problem is.

Any ideas?

I'm thinking it might be paranormal... we've recently moved back to Ireland and our neighbours think our house is haunted Smile
