Well I fitted this myself so it must be easy!
Basically you remove the outer rear bumper cover, cut a small section off the steel bumper, drill a hole for the pivot bolt to go through and then attach the plate to the steel bumper refit it and put the pivot arm through and bolt it all up!
I have the fitting instructions anyway .Steve
