Throttle hesitation ...
If I floor it from standstill nothing happens for a couple of seconds and then suddenly it's full power and off we go. The car has always been like this (had it for over five years) and catches me out now and again at junctions. Found a long thread on this that was started and ended in 2007 but no resolution found back then so just wondering if there is now a cure2005 HSE TDV6 in Bonatti Grey

Blanking EGR's helped on mine, a remap helped a bit more then a de-cat improved the turbo response, (spools up more quickly,) there's still a bit of lag there but a significant improvement Clive

Any update on your hesitation ??
I seem to be suffering a similar issue at the moment, EGR's are blanked, BAS remap is on, Transfer Box clutches recalibrated, Gearbox adaptations reset and Gearbox software updated.
It only happens every now and then but is a real pain when it does especially at roundabouts
I'll do a code read tonight (if SWMBO allows ) but not expecting it to show anything significant.
Steve
PS. Fuel consumption is not good either - just done 250 miles (95% dual and motorway) @ 22 mpg

You may have a brake caliper binding slightly. Had the same issue as I was struggling to get more than 24 mpg on a motorway run an 16 to 19 mpg around town. Turned out to be LH rear caliper was seized and replaced it today. Went on a motorway run covering nearly 100 miles and now returning 32 mpg.
Also as you say struggle to pull away on roundabouts and sometimes all was normal and pulling like a train. Other symptoms are vibration and vehicle going into Limited Transmission Gears.
