RAI Differences

Are the RAI for both D3 and D4 identical?

Are you supposed to have vents on the top cowl ont eh leading edge ( there is a grill on the leeward side)?

I thought they were the same and the slits in the front edge were added a good few years ago, well before the D4.

I don't have the vents on the leading edge I've only got the grill on the rear face. Not sure if mine is different as it's a G4. The others I've see have vents on the front. Ian

Ahhhhh

I got one from a Disco3 member and it does not have the "slots" on the leading edge.......

Wonder if TLO can get hold of one separately......

Mine doesn't have the slots, works absolutely fine. You've just got an older type.

IIRC the slots were on the earlier ones and dropped on the later ones...

The slots are pretty roughly cut, sure you could do a better job yourself if you would like to add them.
