Does anybody know if you can change the parameters in the programs to raise the speed prior to lowering the ride height to normal? There must be some internal perameter that is set to 40kmh and can be changed to 80 or 100

no you can't, all you can do is change the overall heights by either changing the height values in the car suspension setup or change the height rods. Bodsys Brake Bible
