I thought that at first but if you have a look at carfail.com they seem to put that on a lot of photos as a copyright stamp, as you can see in these 2 photos

Hmmm, very little damage at point of entry and point of exit for the pole. I'm suspicious.Man with no D3 anymore, but cant leave the forum....how sad.

I'm not buying it. Would have to go straight through engine bay - firewall - seats - then boot - without changing direction or angle.16 D4 Landmark

Hmm..
And if You look carefully, the tube enters, by a stroke of luck, exactly where the high beam is located, and exits where the rear light is, should it be mounted.. And no signs of damage to the bodywork, bumper etc..
The car have "passed through" at least five or six vertical supports, without a dent..
That is a fake picture if I ever saw one..
