Nice making smoke!! Rather him than me.
PS Just watched him bail out the air filter box with a beer can, that engine had to have had a drink. Wonder if it got home on its own steam.

Being an LR its half a brick at the front and a full brick at the back isn't it
Suppose its worth a try but inevitable it would lift up due to the underbody shape and weight in that section. FFRR Owner, very nearly became a D3 owner

looks like the water got in the air box but not very high so would have made the engine smoke -not enough air getting through but not terminal - the air box has drain flaps which should open under postive pressure so shouldnt need to bail out either (been there!!)
Definitely worth covering over the holes inthe right angle rubber bend that is inside the wing - dont understand why they are there in the frist place - perhaps some resonance/noise issues? i havent noticed any detrimental effect after my silicon sealer/duct tape 'fix'!
cheers

The writing underneath is in Russian and mentions that they are competing in the Matrazz Trophy You can put that page into Google translate to have a read but basically The Mattrazz Trophy was originally a Land Rover Off-road Party held in the Moscow region, Russia. But now, it is a well-known 4x4 event for everybody regardless of vehicle brand. The Mattrazz Trophy is totally non-commercial, there are no entry fees for participation. Cheers Ian
