Hi guys just want to know if it's ok to increase the ride height when the car is in motion, I have done this few times in my disco 4 and don't know if it's ok to do it, I hope it will not cause any suspension malfunction, I have also decreased the ride height when it is moving so just worried if aim doing the right thing. Do I need to stop the vehicle before changing the ride height?

Should be no issue for the suspension. It automatically shifts to the lowest position at 160 km/hr
You need to realise that the offroad height will de-stabilize the vehicle at high speed.
The car electronic will always choose the safest height in relation to speed. Discovery 3 HSE

Yes you can change ride height in motion. The car won't let you drive at offroad height when travelling more than 50km/h though. It will drop back to normal height if you exceed that speed.
Similarly, it won't let you drive in access height above a certain speed (forgot how much, 20km/h?). It will raise to normal height if you do. Dennis
