Poorly Disco

My Disco has developed a fault, the car makes a kind of warning ping noise then 3 lights come on the dash and the car won't accelerate
Lights are:-
Hill dissent
Traction control
Break l

I have managed to get it going again by turning the engine off and restarting, but this isn't really working now

The engine management light has never come on

Please can someone advise or help

Thanks

Gavin

Does sound like a brake light issue. Check the brake bulbs first, if all appear ok then swop the upper and lower bulbs or just temporarily remove them to see if the fault goes away.

Beyond that the brake light switch above the brake pedal would be the next thing to check.
