FS: D3 Front Runner roof rack
For sale is my Discovery 3 Front Runner Roof rack including FR mounting rails.
In great condition, minus a couple of areas where the powder coating is flaking (see pictures below) - only flaking on the leading edge of the rack as seen. I also had x3 bike racks fitted to the rack (which are not included in the sale), however, in fitting these, small holes were drilled in one of the slats. These do not effect the performance of the rack at all.
Collection preferred (10 miles south of Middlesbrough), however I do get about the country quite a bit with work so may well be able to meet up. Indeed, this coming Wednesday/Thursday (3rd/4th October) I am traveling from Middlesbrough to Swansea, Bristol, Swindon and return.

Courier network works a treat, it's how I got mine from Aberdeen to Carlisle, otherwise ask Bigdave for a quote.
I paid around 7 for mine & rate it well above the expo rack I had, for my use anyway.Paul.

Hi G_Cam,
To confirm, that all fixing brackets/bolts/rails are present and correct.
Been looking at this thread and there is a 99.9% chance I will be going up to Glasgow airport at the end of October so if I am and my D3 does not need any modifying then I could pop it on the roof and bring it up, my D3 has no roof rails etc and not sure how it fixes I live between Leeds and York so dependant on where seller is could pop by and have a look

That's very kind of you - it's probably a 30 minute process to bolt to your roof. Rack is currently in Northallerton but if it's a runner, I'd be happy to meet you at a convenient spot for fitting and exchange of beer tokens.

That sounds like a plan just waiting to see if I am deff going up in the D3 should find out next weekend and route would be A1-A66-M6 so could meet you at the services if that's ok, what about the other end though.
Will pm you my number so can hopefully get it sorted I am free after 11.00 tomorrow
