Looking for towing electrics PN

Hi all,

I want to fit an electric towing on my 2006' D3 but I'm not sure for the PN.
I find VPLAT0012, YWJ500160 and YWJ500211 (and other...) for the 13 pins... don't know the differences!

Did someone know which one choose?

for twin socket (we use in the UK)
YWJ500201

for European single 13 pin you have YWJ500211 TLO has left the building.......
