Hard shifting 1. - 2. and 2. - 1.
I dont like the way my car shifts from 1. gear to 2. and from 2. to 1..
It slams into gear when being gentle on the gas pedal.
Shifts smooth when accelerating normally..
I have done a reset on the automatic gearbox some times.. It shifts smooth the first week when it "relearns". - My 2006 D3 HSE PP

Morgis,
Look in the transmission set vbf files - you should find some legacy upgarde files and a couple of 'BUMP FIX' patches to sort, try the patch first before upgrading the main software. That said, I was chatting to Geoff on Tuesday and we were discussing the very same thing. It may be appropriate to recalibrate the Transfer Box clutches first.
Whatever you decide, don't forget to copy out your existing settings - another tip from Geoff (top man ), when you note the existing software details, load those into one of your MSV-2 locations prior to do any changes, that way you can quickly and easily revert to the last known good config
Let us know how you get on.

You should always recalibrate the transfer box when resetting the gearbox. Bodsys Brake Bible
