I've just bought a Disco 3 HSE
I already had a 3 year old landrover TD5 that I bought in june of last year but, it developed a leak in the sunroof, plus a few other bits and pieces that I'm too pee'd off to mention!!
Anyway, I took it to the dealers this morning for repairs (second time for this fault) and ended up trading it in and buying a brand spanking new Silver HSE Disco 3!!!
I'm so excited!!!!
I am a bit dissapointed that I paid £19,000 for the TD5 in june but was only given £12,500 for it in px.
I'm going to love my new car though!! It's got everything a girl could want in her wheels plus much more!!! Sat nav, heated seats, fridge...etc..etc.etc..
I'm even more thrilled that my insurance policy price hasnt increased either!!!
Im picking it up in about 2 weeks as it has to be adapted for me and have a left foot accelarator pedal put in.
Did I say how excited I am?? Probably!!!
I'll post photos of my 'baby' when I've picked her up.
Great club by the way.
Cant wait to get to know you all better.
Love JenniferXXXXXXIf your ship doesnt come in, swim out to get it!!

Hello and welcome Jennifer. Thats some mark down on your TD5, 6.5k in 6 months? did you get a decent discount.
Anyway, you will love the D3 and I am sure it will be screwed together much better than the TD5 8)

I ditched my TD5 (well my wife's TD5) for a D3, also had water pouring in the sunroof. Hang on, Mrs DSL is also Jennifer. Was panicking til I realised that I got the HSE, she got the S and the TD% was 6 years old, not three. Phewwwww. Mind U should have clocked yet another silver!

Hi there Catweasle,
My right leg isnt missing but, it is totally useless.
Long story but used to have two good legs but now only have one thanks to a stupid surgeon who hadnt noticed that he'd cut off the blood supply to both of them during an operation on my bladder!!! Oh well, hey ho!!
I'm on a countdown to collecting my new baby D. I cant wait!!!!!!!!!
Thanks for your concern about my leg matey.

Not to put too fine a point on it, bummer..... Fair play to you for being open about what happened and, as noted above, top choice of car. Hoping to order mine in the next 3 weeks.
Welcome to D3 I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.
