Common problem with door frame moulding????

Hi all
In wet and very windy Wales for weekend. Driving Discovery 3 XS down A55 at about 70 (of course), huge bang and near-side A pillar moulding had blown off, it was still trapped by bonnet but when we stopped to look it seemed the top and bottom lugs had snapped off. Is this a known issue and anybody know roughly how much to replace??

Thanks

Not expensive and dead easy.

Fairly common issue as some fitters skimp when replacing the screen as new clips are required when the trim is lifted off.

About £40ish, and comes with the five or so clips.

Thanks for your help - picked new one up today and banged it on.

Not a good weekend for our beloved diso3 - not only did trim fly off door pillar (well nearly) but on M56 on way home we had the whole HDC not available, transmission fault, suspension lowered no parking brake fiasco - so two new brake bulbs and a new brake switch later seems ok today but perhaps won't hold my breath!!

Don't you love the joys of disco ownership Very Happy
