| Cruise Control Problem in Command Shift |

Hi Guys,
Sorry for another post on Cruise Control problems, I have read the others but am not sure whether this problem is the same as any other I've read on other threads.
I've got a 07 D3 TDv6 and cruise control works perfectly everytime, except if command shift is in use or has been in use during the engine cycle. If command shifts been used I get no cruise control light on the dash and it refuses to work. So my options are permanent auto D box and cruise or command shift changes but no cruise. As mentioned the problem does clear when the engines turned off.
Any ideas on the issue and any rough costs involved please??
