| Diagnostic page on sat Nav TV |

I am having trouble accessing the hidden page on my TV screen and wondered if i do have the option on my 57 plate HSE?
I have tried pressing and holding the header then pushing the left hand button, but htis just changes the screen. Any ideas would be great
