One Touch Window Closing
Apologies as this is probably a really stupid question, but does the 2012 D4 have one touch window closing on the drivers window?
The reason I ask is that I've got 2012 HSE & the passenger windows all close with the single touch but the drivers doesn't (which seems a bit daft). I assumed that this was a small fault but I've tried the D4 commercial that we've got here and that works the same.
Before I book it back in to the garage, & risk looking a bit of an , could someone just confirm how it should work.
Thanks.

Send the window all the way down then all the way up, when it gets to the top release and then pull the switch up and hold for 3 seconds.Club Exped trailer

I've just been out in the garage and tested mine.
I put the driver's window up and down 12 times. 10 of those times it went up or down in one movement. On two occasions in each direction, I had to operate the switch a couple of times. It would appear that you need to hold the button up/down for a fraction longer in order to ensure closure/open in one, but that's a personal impression with no science to back it up. It just worked for me but maybe Ent has the science .
I hope that's helpful

Guys, thanks for the quick replies.
Ent - You're a bloomin genius. Window works as it should now.
Bill - It looks like it's one of those things that's a bit random. Sometimes it works and occasionally it doesn't. Seems odd that it had stopped working on both of the D4's that we've got here. Maybe it's just something that you have to reset from time to time.
