| Sat Nav doesn't want me to go anywhere |

I have only used the Sat nav in my D3 successfully a couple of times about a year ago. I have tried it a few times in the last few months but it won't let me enter a new destination. The button is greyed out so now I can't tell it where I want to go!
Is there are easy way to reset it? Or am I being thick?

Are you trying it while driving or parked up ? G4 Gone ...but not forgotten

I think I have been on the move the last few times I tried it (albeit from the passenger seat).
Does it limit the features when you're on the move? This would make complete sense

Yes ... Presuming your car is older than 2007
After 2007 it is unlocked as standard ... You can get the nav on the move enabled G4 Gone ...but not forgotten

Ah ha, yes I have one of the early ones. Thanks for your help - I am going to give it another go tomorrow.
Would you be the right man to speak to about getting it updated?

when parked ...all the destinations should be available
when moving ..only previous and stored will work
when enabled ...all will work
yes i can do it ...dependant on were you are (you would also need a newer sat nav disk than 2006 ...i can sort that out aswell ) G4 Gone ...but not forgotten
