Using Sat Nav to display the vehicle's speed?
I haven't had the D4 long, but already I'm starting to wonder how accurate the speedo is. While traveling at the speed limit (according to the display on the instrument cluster) I am constantly being overtaken by vehicles. In Australia traveling at the speed limit isn't really all that common, so it could be that everyone else is simply speeding, but it would be nice to know for sure.
I was wondering if the Sat Nav can be programmed to display the speed that the GPS thinks that the vehicle is doing? I've had a bit of a poke around and freely admit that I haven't RTFM yet, but perhaps one of you learned Disco owners has?
Cheers

GPS speed can be seen in the hidden diagnostic menu, but I don't know of a way to see it on the normal navigation screens.

There is an option in D3 satnav set up to recalibrate when new tyres have been fitted, if this has been done (out of curiosity?) without new tyres being fitted it will give a higher reading in all calculations. It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.
