| Heated steering wheel and garage door opener |

Is it possible to swap both these items across on to another identical car? I have agreed to buy a new car and forgot that the heated steering wheel is an option. I probably wouldn't want to try messing about with this myself but wondered if it could be done at the dealer. I thought it best to ask experts on here first before asking LR dealers. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.

The dealer says that it is not possible. Surely somebody on here knows otherwise.

As long as the clock spring has the 2 extra pins for the heated steering wheel them there's no problem.
Garage door opener should not be an issue either G4 Gone ...but not forgotten
