Is there any negatives to the reflash of the d3's gearbox ecu. It currently hunts quite frequently between 4th and 5th and also kicks down much quicker than before I had the cats removed. Btw, its a 4.4 v8

no probem with reflashing it. It will also reset its adaptive controls. Just make sure you run through recalibration afterwards though. Bodsys Brake Bible

Has to be reflashed within a certain temp range or it will remove the software and not be able to reinstall. That is a major problem. So make sure the temp is right. “There are only three sports: bullfighting, motor racing, and mountaineering; all the rest are merely gamesâ€
