Hi sometimes when we connect iPod low power mode comes up on the screen this only happens when we go to turn it up it only let's turn it up to 20 any help greatly recieved.

are you trying to turn up without the car running 
ps if so that will happen its a power saving mode

It will only let you turn up to 20 with ignition off ... With ignition on it should let you go to 35 ... If not you have a battery issue G4 Gone ...but not forgotten
