Rolling radius
Please advise:
I have 19-inch wheels, assume new tyres or equal wear.
Is the rolling radius of a GG AT the same as that of a Wintract 4x4 Extreme?
Or sufficiently similar that I can use one of one set as a spare for the other set without confusing the onboard brain?
Presumably the brain can deal with putting an unworn spare on with a set of fully worn tyres so there must be a fair amount of tollerance.2016 D4 Landmark SDV6 (Euro6), Zanzibar (late run D4)

On a similar vein - can a brand new set of tyres be mounted on the same axle (say rear) whilst the remaining axle continues with approximately 3,0 mm of tread on existing tyres, without any detriment to the drive train? I'm sure I've read that due to the difference in rolling radius it could cause damage to the drive train. It may be this was the case with older, less technical vehicles than the Disco 3.
Not being particularly technical, I'd rather appear ignorant and ask rather than cause any unforseen damage. Maybe this can be answered by taking time to read the Bible (Handbook/Manual) but ...

I'm glad this has come up..
As the tyres wear and the rolling radius gets smaller how much can this affect the mpg?
